Our Story
EngageAI started when co-founders Gavin Thorne and Mark Williams hit a wall. Running a fast-growing lead generation business, leads were coming in faster than their team could follow up. Conversations were being missed. Scaling meant hiring more people - until they built an AI assistant that could qualify interest, book appointments, and handle leads across voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
The results were immediate: conversions improved, workload dropped, and the experience became faster and more consistent. Clients and partners saw what it could do and wanted it for themselves. That internal tool became EngageAI, and today we help businesses across the UK, US, and Australia automate their customer conversations without adding headcount.
